Hubmere grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Hubmere homepage in a supported browser. The service is licensed, not sold.

02 / What the software does

Hubmere provides a search entry point. As you type, query fragments may be sent to Datamuse to return word suggestions. When you submit a search, the query and available referral parameters are sent to the displayed search destination.

03 / Limits on use

• Do not interfere with, overload or probe the service or its connected systems.
• Do not use automated traffic to manipulate search, advertising or referral activity.
• Do not remove notices, impersonate Hubmere or use the service to violate another person’s rights.

04 / External services

Suggestions, search results and destination pages are supplied by independent services. Their content, availability and data practices are governed by their own terms. Hubmere does not control or endorse every result.

05 / Updates and termination

We may update, suspend or retire the homepage. This license ends automatically if you materially breach it. When the license ends, you must stop using any locally installed copy or integration.

06 / Warranty and responsibility

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access or the accuracy of suggestions and results. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
