Service rules

Terms of Use

Effective 25 August 2026

Using Hubmere

By using Hubmere, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your location; a parent or guardian must approve use by anyone who cannot do so independently.

Your searches

You choose what to search for and are responsible for the queries you submit. Do not submit unlawful material, attempt to access systems without permission, or use the service in a way that harms others.

How routing works

Hubmere forwards submitted terms to a third-party search destination. It may also pass limited context already present in the homepage URL, such as channel, referral or campaign values. Search results are not created or ranked by Hubmere.

Ownership

Hubmere’s name, interface and original code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. You retain any rights you have in material you enter.

Service changes

Features and providers may change without notice. We may restrict access to protect users, the service or third parties. Updated terms apply from the effective date shown on this page; continued use after that date means you accept them.

Disputes and mandatory rights

Before starting a formal claim, contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. Applicable law governs these terms. Any consumer protections and access to courts that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
